​Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Enneagram Prison Project (EPP), we are committed to freeing people, all over the world, from the prisons of our own making. We believe in the transformative power of "The Work" and aim to ensure our community members feel supported in their journey. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established the following policy to be as fair and transparent as possible. We value our customers and aim to resolve all issues directly. Live Courses & Workshops

EPP reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will receive a 100% refund.

Full Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees) if you cancel your registration at least 14 days prior to the start of the first live session.

Partial Refunds/Credits: Cancellations made between 13 days and 72 hours before the course begins are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future course cohort.

No Refunds: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course start date, or after the course has commenced, may be credited toward a future course within 24 months of the original course start date and are non-refundable. Because our courses rely on intimate cohort sizes and community processing, late withdrawals impact the experience for other participants.

Donations​

Enneagram Prison Project (EPP) is grateful for your donation and support of our mission. Our budget and ongoing financial health are reliant on accounting for and accepting irrevocable, non-refundable donations from the public. Consequently, EPP considers all donations to be nonrefundable.

EPP may consider returning donations to the donor in limited circumstances. If you have made an error in making your donation or changed your mind about contributing to our organization, please contact us. EPP will only give consideration to your request, depending upon the circumstances, and only if such request is made within ninety (90) days of the original donation.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. For example, if you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. EPP may ask for proof of identity before issuing a refund.

You are responsible for any and all tax considerations that may arise if your donation is refunded.

Organizational Training & Custom Solutions

Refund and cancellation terms for organizational workshops and customized team solutions are governed by the specific Service Agreement or Proposal signed by the client organization.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen (e.g., medical emergencies or family crises). In such cases, please contact us at Support@EnneagramPrisonProject.org to discuss transferring your registration to a future date or other equitable solutions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or credit, please email Support@EnneagramPrisonProject.org with your name, and the name of the course or service. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
