Refund Policy for Public Programs

The Human Potentialists (THP) is committed to providing a high-quality experience for all participants in our public programs. We understand that circumstances may change and lead to the need for a refund. To ensure clarity and fairness for all involved, we have established the following refund policy:

1. We build our cohorts based on your commitment. If your circumstances change we would be happy to roll your payment forward to a future cohort. 
   
2. Program Cancellation: In the unlikely event that The Human Potentialists cancels the program, participants will receive a full refund of the program fees paid, without the need to request a refund. 
3. Cohort Cancellation: In the interest of maintaining a robust learning environment, cohorts require a minimum of twelve participants. If a cohort fails to reach this minimum, it will be canceled. In such cases, participants will be offered the chance to join alternative cohorts. If scheduling conflicts prevent a participant from joining an alternative cohort, a full refund will be issued.

By registering for our public programs, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this refund policy. THP reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice, and any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
