Refund Policy for Public Programs
The Enneagram Prison Project (EPP) is committed to providing a high-quality experience for all participants in our public programs. We understand that circumstances may change and lead to the need for a refund. To ensure clarity and fairness for all involved, we have established the following refund policy:
- Refund Request Deadline: Participants may request a refund up to Orientation date. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
- Refund Amount: A full refund will be provided if the request is made up to Orientation date. After this period, refunds are not available.
- Refund Processing: To request a refund, participants must contact the Enneagram Prison Project via email at [email protected], providing their name, contact information, program start date, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during registration.
- Program Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Enneagram Prison Project cancels the program, participants will receive a full refund of the program fees paid, without the need to request a refund.
- Cohort Cancellation: In the interest of maintaining a robust learning environment, cohorts require a minimum of ten participants. If a cohort fails to reach this minimum, it will be canceled. In such cases, participants will be offered the chance to join alternative cohorts. If scheduling conflicts prevent a participant from joining an alternative cohort, a full refund will be issued.
